I approached James with my EEOC case that was complicated with both Retaliation and Discrimination. EEOC cases are time driven with events which must be completed on schedule. In short, my Manager at the time was incompetent and making decisions that were detrimental to the business I had been working for, for the past 5 years. As a recent college graduate, I went on a road trip down to Texas to celebrate. Everything was going well and we made it through the southern states without issue.
